When you work with us, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance will not be due until the project is complete and we’ve made sure our customers are completely satisfied with the final product.

A Complete Renovation consists of the following:

• Carefully and neatly remove all existing bathroom products such as cabinets, vanity tops, tubs and showers, tile flooring, wallpaper, toilets & mirrors
• Install new Delta plumbing fixtures
• New lighting fixtures and new or upgrade the exhaust fans
• Install water resistant sheetrock
• Install new tubs and or new showers in your choice of color (These are made right here at our plant)
• New shower doors both framed and frameless “Heavy Glass” shower doors
• Install Custom Built Hardwood  Cabinets w/raised panel doors (Also made locally)
• Install new vanity tops in your choice of color
• Framed Mirrors and Pottery Barn style Medicine Cabinets w/beveled mirrors
• New 13 x 13 or 18 x 18 Tile Flooring
• Wood baseboards and or Crown Molding
• Paint your bathroom walls and trim with (2) coats of Sherwin Williams paint
